SIG^2 Event - Secure Vaulting
Abstract
Presentation Material Alon Cohen Chairman, CEO and Founder, Cyber-Ark Alon Cohen co-founded Cyber-Ark in 1999 and is the Company's chairman and CEO. Cohen invented the Company's patented Vaulting Technology and built the original version of the Vault. Cohen also built Cyber-Ark's worldwide sales and marketing strategy, led the Company during its three rounds of fund raising, and raised a total of $20M. He has led the research and development activities, and paved the way for the Company to acquire an impressive number of global enterprise customers in the US, Europe, and Asia. Cohen is responsible for managing Cyber-Ark's worldwide activity. Prior to Cyber-Ark, Cohen was the founder and CEO of Quantum Leap Technologies, a technology consulting firm working for leading companies, such as IBM and Amdocs, in development, training and consulting. Cohen ran Quantum Leap Technologies for six years. Cohen was also the head of the System and Security Department for the Israeli military, responsible for running complex enterprises. He has also served as a senior advisor to leading security companies, such as Algorithmic Research (a Cylink company) and Memco (now Computer Associates), as well as to large Israeli banks, government agencies and industrial organizations. Cohen holds a B.S. in computer science, magna cum laude. Udi Mokady COO and Co-Founder, Cyber-Ark Udi Mokady co-founded Cyber-Ark in 1999 and serves as the company's chief operating officer. Mokady was in charge of establishing Cyber-Ark's headquarters in the US and has orchestrated its market penetration and three rounds of funding, raising a total of $20M. Mokady is in charge of the implementation and management of channel development and marketing for Cyber-Ark's award winning information security products in Europe, the Pacific Rim and the Far East. Mokady is also in charge of Cyber-Ark's corporate finance, legal and HR. Prior to Cyber-Ark, Mokady specialized in legal management and business development for international high-tech companies. He previously served as the general counsel of Tadiran Spectralink, a highly specialized producer of advanced wireless communications systems. Mokady holds an L.L.B. from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and is completing the science of management master's program at Boston University.
