You may have heard of Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerabilities. You
may have even read about XSS attacks. So what is XSS, how does it work

- Tan Jin Yean (Snooq)
Jin Yean is a network specialist with DSI, NUS since his graduation from
NUS. His interest in ITSEC is cultivated over a 4 years span. His interest
area is penetration testing techniques. Recently he has been working
on found cross-site scripting vulnerabilities. For those who frequent
HardwareZone IT Security SIG forum, you may be more familar with his
alter-ego, Snooq.
- Huang Shao Fei
Shao Fei is currently a research engineer at DSO National Laboratories,
conducting research and development in diverse IT security-related
technologies and applications.
A mechanical engineer by training, Shao Fei began his career as a senior
executive at the Ministry of Home Affairs and thereafter found a career
in IT security in his current position. He has also been an active
moderator in the HardwareZone forums for the past 3 years, promoting
public interest and education in open-source technologies and IT security.
Shao Fei, a CISSP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
from the University of Tokyo and an MBA from Leicester University, UK.
