As a member for the SIG^2 SANS Top 20 Research Team, a not-for-profit research organization, I agree to abide by the SANS NDA, the compliance of which ensures our continual membership in this consensus


1. Duration of Rights.
   
   So long as I continue to contribute to the IWFC as an active member, SIG^2 will continue to allow me access to the mailing list.
   
   
2. Grant of Rights.
   
   During this Agreement, SIG^2 authorizes me to access the mailing list. I agree that I will not use any Content for any purposes other than contributing to the Consensus.
   
   
3. Ownership.
   
   Acknowledge that SANS owns the copyright in the SANS Top 20 consensus and that any information is not available to any person who has not signed this Agreement. I also agree that I will not disclose or exploit any data that identifies any individual or company.
   
   
4. Restrictions.
   
   I agree not to distribute, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer any Content to or for the benefit of any third party who has not signed this Agreement. I further agree to maintain the integrity of the Content and protect the privacy and the identity of other parties unless otherwise permitted.
   
   
5. Disclaimer.
   
   SIG^2 is a participant of SANS Top 20 Consensus. It collates consensus feedback from local volunteers. It does not verify or edit the responses in any way so that the Content is provided as is without any warranties.
